    Yeah. I thought about that, but the K&N prefilter is for extreme conditions. It really hurts your fuel economy too much for me. I haven't run it since my last run to Denver. I only used it on the way out there. I would rather leave the filter as is, and just make it so the grill catches your attention instead of the intake. I also have thought about putting something in front of the intake to keep it a bit cleaner. In its current configuration the bars in the stock grill do a decent job of keeping large debris (bugs mostly) of it.

    Man URD intake is the best thing I can invest in, makes the Engine sound sweet never regret it a single day. btw sockmonkey already photoshopped my mesh blue but it look kinda shitty so I don't think I wanna do it. if you want to see the pictures to go Toyotanation.com and go to the stickied section in tacoma 05+ of the photoshop thread and go to the last page you'll see the picture of my car photoshopped...
