    Just a nitpick. It’s “Mobil” oil. Not “Mobile” Alabama. It’s very hard to read after seeing that error.

    I have run dealer 0w20, magnatec 5w30 and currently Mobil1 0w40 in the Tacoma. And my 4:runners.They all keep the metal parts separated and contain additives to provide boundary Lubrication.

    I cut people slack on that. If posting from a phone or tablet, auto correct inadvertently will change "Mobil" to "Mobile" if not watching for it.

    Never changed it. I like to keep things for a long time. I'm not like other folks that change cars, trucks, oil all the time. Once I got it, I keep it.

    :cheers:I use Golden State SAE 40. Cushions the rings really well. The bearings love it.
