Best Oil For Engine Ticking

Hey Guys. I have a 2018 TRD Sport 4x4 with the V6. I have noticed that when idling and I don't have the radio turned up, I hear the Engine Ticking that others on this Forum have discussed. I have always used Mobil1 full synthetic in my vehicles and run 0w-20 in this one. I'm wondering if anyone has used Penzoil Platinum, Castrol, or some other Full Synthetic 0w-20 and has not had the engine tick? Thanks very much.

Under warranty? Take it to the dealer. Why experiment with engine oil?

If you drain all the oil and run the engine for a while... the ticking will be gaurenteed to stop

I dont recommend this solution though... has some detrimental side effects.

Supertech 0w-20...at least that is what I plan to use I have only 300 miles on my truck. I use it in the wife Pacifica and it works great and meets all the specs plus only $15 a quart. I seen on a forum a guy tested and compared to Mobil One, which I have used for years, and the blackstone lab reports where very very close and within average ranges of all synthetic oils.
