if you count the 20k I have on my tundra, that's 120k total.

plus the 50k I had on my 16 auto I got rid of for the manual.

It's really awesome to hear these taco's exceeding close to 100,000+

Have you had to replace anything major or have you just been religious with your maintenance?

Oil changes and tires. Proactively replaced the battery.

I changed the trans fluids and diffs too.

    That’s the extent of it.

That's great! Glad to hear that the maintenance has been pretty minimal, other than the obvious necessary changes. At what point did you replace your diff and trans fluid?

I recently just did a drain/fill with my trans at 40,000 but I haven't done my differential yet.

Did both at 40k and 90k. Rear diff is easy, front is a bit more work.

Pretty much just OV Tune, not really any other mods to improve performance unfortunately.

    A few.
What about the pedal commander or sprint booster? Those sound like they improve response/performance.

exhaust, exhaust, and exhaust... with OVT. you want to see this motor wake up without FI, open up the exhaust and you'll get the goods.

but i wouldn't mess with any of it unless it's a MT truck where you can control your revs.
