    I can open and close it, and rotate it a tiny bit, which is a fine trade off for having the phone away from the steering wheel and still be completely visible.

    The hondo is overpriced. I went with the DSM bundle for $57. If I was to do it again I would get the phone mount separate and go with a ram mount or something. The one bundled with the DSM is good but not the best.

    I use the Scoshe Magnetic Mount. I mounted it right beside the hazard button and its within perfect reach and out of the way.

    I really like this magnetic mount. I stuck it to the silver (in my truck it’s silver at least!) stereo trim at the leftmost corner just above the vent. Phone doesn’t block the vent and so far it seems solid. We'll have to see how well the sticky holds up to temp extremes.
