If you are ever in Columbus hit up Los Guachos for the al pastor or Tacos Don Deme and get a torta. You will not be disappointed.

My personal favorite is a place called Torchy's. Austin / Houston area. I typically get one breakfast, two barbacoa, and one fried chicken with queso. Their diablo sauce is pretty great too.

Some great looking tacos in this thread.

My family loves going out for Tex-Mex food and we are really fortunate to have a super spot just 1.5 miles from the house.

I also enjoy doing them myself, too. My son loves double-decker tacos....hard shell inside soft shell with some frijoles, sauce & cheese separating them.

    Easy to find ingredients.

I always make up a batch of fresh guacamole.....love the stuff.

    Thanks.

We love some tacos around here.

These racks make it really easy to stand them up and fill them.

    Like the taco rack.
Also love the idea of wrapping a hard shell taco with a soft shell slathered in re-fried beans..

    Not tacos......but breakfast burritos.

Did some breakfast burritos for the family.....did eggs & sausage for me. I added the browned onions as a topper for my eggs. Best tasting eggs I've ever had.

Once the sausage started to cook.....these girls took up spots in the kitchen....waiting.

Onions on eggs....and liberal amounts of hot sauces on the sausage. I'm stuffed.

If anyone is in the LA area, head over to King Taco. By far the best tacos I’ve tried. I’ve been to a lot of taco places and most of the time the meat just doesn’t have the flavor I’m looking for. Sometimes a little dry tasting. King taco is crazy good in my opinion. I like about 7 hours away near Sacramento and that place is a must whenever we take a trip South.
