Best place to find 12v power source linked to ignition

Car is a 2012 Tacoma made by DC shoes for sema. Recently bought it and have began upgrading/updating some features.
I am currently installing a Scosche m8rix for my lights, and need to connect a wire from the unit to a 12v ignition power source. Ideally there’s one under the hood, but just curious where the best/easiest/most accessible connection point would be. Thanks!

 

Easiest one is the EFI fuse in the fuse box engine bay. However, that circuit intermittently turns on, even with the truck off because it's part of the evap system. Also, it will cause anything connected, like your lights, to flicker while you start the engine. It is VERY easy to run a wire into the cab using one of the firewall holes to tap into the fuse inside instead of the EFI fuse.

You can use the radio fuse.
