    Hey TW
    I have an 02’ v6 Tacoma and
I need to replace my o2 sensor bank 1 pre cat, but I don’t want to pay $200 for it at Oreillys. I’m sure I can get one for much cheaper online but I’m not sure where.
I know there are some oem dealers online that sell for WAY cheaper than parts store, but I don’t know where and I don’t have time to shop around.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    thank you!

Those sensors in particular are just expensive. The ones you want are the Denso ones. There are a lot of counterfits out there, so only buy them from a trusted retailer (aka, not the cheapest price on Amazon / e bay).

I agree with your whole post, but I will add- Denso and Asin are often times the original supplier of parts to Toyota and are generally considered equal quality to a part you would pick up from a dealer. This is the case for the Denso 02/AF sensors. Use the part number search on their website to find the sensor you need, and order it from a reputable supplier.

McGeorge Toyota seems to always have good prices on OEM if you go that way.

I will never order parts from Amazon.. ever! As several of you have said it’s full of counterfeit parts
    Thanks again!

As with most things- there is a lot of nuance to ordering things online. Amazon and Ebay are acceptable places to order parts from if you can verify the seller. Dealerships and legit vendors sell on these platforms in addition to their own to increase their availability footprint. Their prices are generally in line with the online pricing through their own point-of-sale platforms, so they won't be the cheapest items.

I am not saying that anyone should just head to e bay and blind buy parts based on the cheapest price, but if you can verify that the seller is an actual dealership, chances are you'd get legit parts.

I have bought a lot of OEM Toyota parts from McGeorge and recently from PartSouq. Both have been top shelf for me. And Rockauto has supplied factory DENSO & AISIN parts for good prices.

If you’re on Facebook there’s a guy by the name of joe joe in all the Toyota groups that sells oem parts for decent price.
