    Rockauto has you covered.

Discount code should be somewhere in the forum, quick search will reveal it.

I went with Advance Auto Parts # 431377 for my radiator. I wanted something local if something went wrong with it. Fit my 03 DC V6 perfect. So far no problems and my truck is running cooler and no more leaking at the seams.

Thanks guys. Rockauto just has so many options. Think I’m going to go with an all aluminum “CoolingCare”. It’s only $40 more for an all aluminum vs plastic and aluminum one.
    Any thoughts?

Measure the height of your current radiator. From my understanding that is the only difference between the different options for our trucks. Just match up the height to the one you already have.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I am old fashioned I like my Copper and Brass radiators being able to repair most any damage far from home is important to me.

Now days with How Cheap Radiators have become carrying a new tested spare radiator is also a option.

good luck no matter what you buy.

    Go Denso.

Proven to work, and I don't think many have even heard of Coolingcare.

I installed a denso unit back in Feb. Feels like a quality unit and made in Taiwan. I did have to swap over the OE side brackets to make it a perfect fit.

Truck auto nuts that arent high on toyota......say the denso's are undersized for the job and not high quality.......
they are just barely able to adequately cool these engines....and thats when they're new.

Problem is if you get a more stoutly built one......it might crack.....
    if you off road it........

May be pushing the limits of these wishbone suspensions on these taco frames....
werent built for monster tires and 6in lifts......
The 2nd gens have much heavier frame, too heavy for base to use the 2.4 eng anymore....

Denso is the cheapest option.....If you use denso ...average life is little more than 5 yrs......just a fact......got to watch it......dont want to end up with a warped head......

If you buy a non denso one.....take some time and research it, find others that have it......

I have the champion one......but there is a thread on here that has a poll.....and about 1 out 5 of them has had a bad experience with pre mature failure, or even failure right out of the boxx.......
I studied their problems.....adjusted ....float mounts, and no off road........now a year out with zero problems.......

And they stand behind theirs.....notice several replacements.....

My Denso has held up fine so far, 2 Arizona summers and moderate off roading.
