Don't know about best, but I would not go for Trail Gear. Build quality is first class, but what they list as 2016 will need modification to fit.

Do your research and read the fine print, HREW is not equivalent to DOM. If you plan on using them, make sure your sliders are the stronger DOM. You'd be surprised how many vendors only offer HREW, as it is cheaper.

The BAMF sliders periodically go on sale (really often, like once every week or two I think). Just keep checking the daily special. If you just want basic units they are very, very cost competitive. When you load them up with options (Guilty!) then they get pricy but still the best deal I have found. Note that I'm not saying the Black Friday deal won't be better (I have no idea), but the daily deal is pretty damn good.

I've seen a set in person and the quality of construction is superb. Also, from following other threads it's obvious customer service is top notch. The wait for yours to get built can be long, so keep that in mind.

I may be slightly biased as I have a set on order. I just hope I get them during the Obama administration*.

*Not being political, I just don't want to wait until January. I don't even know how long ago I ordered them. I try not to think about it and it seems better that way.

For me, HREW is more than enough since I really only need them for trees, and maybe the occasional rock. DOM is a superior option but so would titanium alloy, cost vs reward analysis my friend.

So you did the research and made a conscious choice. My point was more for those that don't know better as there are differences and many people are not aware of them. For me I wanted the best protection while attempting to minimize weight and went DOM.

I have CBI sliders on both my 1st and 3rd gen trucks, very pleased with them.

OP, what kind of terrain are you looking to protect your truck from?

I have @Mobtown Offroad and they are incredibly stout. The mounting solution / frame clamp design they have is awesome.

    Basic overland stuff...
I have RCI and they appear to be good quality. Welds looked good and the bolt up was very easy. I didn't even look in that much detail but I'm guessing the tubing is HREW. No sweat here... I've always used DOM for cages and links... HREW should be more than sufficient for a slider on a non-buggy / DD truck.

I chose mobtown. Beefy well thought out clamping design, bolt ons. They only sell DOM and are great guys to work with.

I have yet to choose, but Mobtown has my money between that mount design and watching him on here with a difficult client.
