Pick one that has the coolest bottle. That’s the best.

    I recommend 5w-30.
Pick one, pour it in, and drive it.

Use whatever you like, stick with it, use an OEM filter, and change it every 5k or sooner if you do alot of short trips.

This, and if you arent leaking out seals, DONT USE HIGH MILAGE OIL. there is zero point to it on a motor that still holds oil properly.

I ran Castrol GTX 5W30 in my T100 for 17 years. My nephew is driving it now, in Des Moines, and last I heard he was at 320,000 miles and still running like a top.
I didn't start buying synthetic until I got my Taco. Any good 5W30 will serve you well, just keep it changed on regular intervals.
That said, I usually buy Penzoil Platinum.

I used to use pennzoil and had no issues. Now using Mobil 1 because that’s what they put in from factory I believe. Always used the OEM filter. Not too serious what you use…

    Just kidding!
I always change every 5k, use Mobil 1 5w-30 synthetic and just started using the larger Toyota D3 oil filter.
Now that I'm thinking about it I'll need to be doing another oil change in the next week or so.

Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the major branded oil companies like Mobil, Castro, Pennzoil, and Valvoline.

Does that meet the Pumpkin 1 or Pumkin 2 lubrication specs?

Nice! Not many out there that meet both those standards. I'll have to go grab some tomorrow:thumbsup:

Well, most folks will argue that is isn't worth it, yet will admit that Amsoil is the best.
Every full synthetic oil is going to treat you well. OEM filter is a good way to go, buy a pack of 'em, crush-washers for drain-plug, too, and don't forget to check the level every once in awhile between changes. Because low very expensive oil < proper level cheap full synthetic.
