I'm not arguing your findings/experiences. But with the mods you have, you would GREATLY benefit by using HPTuners. Doing some datalogs and talking with @JustDSM. There are significant gains when you have a supercharger. The most positive noticeable difference I found was the transmission logic. It truly helps SOOO much! Holds gears a little longer and on the interstate it holds torque converter lock-up deeper into the throttle, which makes it less shift happy and actually hold speed in cruise control much better. It doesn't hunt nearly as much or under shoot/over shoot the speed when going up hills as bad.

I have to agree with nd4splash though, facts are facts. A pedal commander in reality just takes the throttle input voltage and and amplifies it making the ECU see a higher voltage earlier in the pedal throw. But there is still that dead spot in the first 1/4 or so throttle, it's just now cut down less. With HPTuners that dead spot is eliminated and in my opinion it reacts more linear like it is cable operated, best way I can describe it. Plus you can remove the codes for SAIS (Secondary Air Injection System) on the 12-15 models if you catch my drift on that.

Ya I would have to agree 100% HPtuners would be much better.

Every time I ask the question on here. Has anyone ever used a throttle controller for a long period of time with no issues.

    Crickets. Lol

Update. This device can mess up your truck even when you leave it turned off 99% of the time you drive!

Noticed the other week my truck wasn’t accelerating properly when I started it up cold. Immediately unplugged the device and the trouble seemed to go away... however I’ve noticed recently my truck is running the fuel pump for extended periods of time when it’s turned off. It’s always done this but never for more then a minute or two.. Now I’m experiencing slow start ups. Sometimes very slow start ups (3 or 4 seconds of cranking before it starts) I have a suspicion this problem is some how connected to the pedal commander.

Just wanted to post this as a word of caution for anyone considering installing one of these devices.

Naw, most likely your fuel pump (check valve).
