I use my truck daily 100 miles round trip, what is the tallest and best tire to run on stock rims. 2017 TRDORDC no lift.

This is my vote for best highway and comfort. Others can chime in for their favorites.

BFG KO2's in E-load rating (you know that is what half the people are going to come in and post). They get better MPG than stock, are quieter, how no traction or hydroplanning issues...

SCS is on point though for a street tire, best I hear and see.

Question though, why buy the off road and 4wd down south if the truck will never leave the street?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
What is the weight you are hauling?

Fun fact. Michelin invented the radial tire.

In my experience they are pricey but are worth every penny.

    Too few to list.
I agree except for the size. In my experience, a thinner tire yields higher mpgs. Was getting 390ish a tank before the light came on with 245's and now getting 350ish with 265/70. I got these consistently with multiple fill ups.

    245/75R16's for the road.

How much will tire weight matter ?

    E/10 ply vs C/6 ply ?

I like both choices and I do go offroad and pull 20' Bassboat, 15' trailer and a 26' travel trailer. Only thing is I drive 100 plus miles a day to work.

My last used car I bought had a set of Michelin’s on it. I put 55k miles on the tires without knowing how many were already on there... they still had tread! Just weren’t very good in the snow anymore so I replaced them.

When my wife’s Acura was due for tires I put Michelin on it. The coopers it had before turned out to be garbage IMO.

I am absolutely sold on the quality and durability of Michelin.

    My two cents.

    Not a fan of Michelin...
I tried two sets of M/S2s on my previous '07; only got 30K(2-3 years) out of each. Sidewall rot and slipped belts on both sets.
