You did not say what you were gonna use the tool box for. I went thru the same choice options in 2013. Had I been a contractor or heavy duty sportsman I'd have gotten the Weather Gard. However all I really needed was a box to keep the smaller stuff in that i did not want loose in the access cab......extra jacket, dog toys, emergency tool grip, fire extinguisher, 4 way lug wrench, qt. of oil, etc. For that the low profile Kobalt from Lowes has been perfect.....then $159, and a "no questions asked" life time warranty. Am very happy with it after 2 1/2 yrs. As all the stuff in there is of little value, have never locked it.

I plan on using it for work equipment and when I do range days and camping during the summer.

I have a low profile uws and not sure if its just mine but the locking mechanism sucks

IF you decide to buy one, do it locally and not through Amazon.
It will get damaged; all they put is a box around it. No padding whatsoever.

Go big or go home with weatherguard or
Cheaper alternatives: uws, husky, and kobalt do the job
Better built and tractor supply make them too

Hey thanks again everyone, I just got the tax return back and I went ahead and got the OEM toolbox after haggling the price down at the dealership. Cant wait I get it Tuesday morning!
