Best Top Soft Top for 2nd fit 3rd?

Found a good deal on a used one but it’s from a 2nd gen. Will it fit my 3rd gen?

 

I did some research and it looks like it will fit but can anyone confirm?

 

There’s two versions of the softopper made for the 2nd gen. The older version for the 2nd gen sits a bit high, just above the cab when on the 2nd gen. The newer version of the softopper that was made for the 2nd gen sits level or a bit lower than the cab. I was told that the newer version is basically the same as the third gen.

if you have any pictures it’s quite easy to tell which model it is.

Here’s my softopper. It was made for a 2nd gen as well, but is a newer model and sits lower. I did have to change the back window as the 2nd gen model doesn’t fit quite right.
