No streaks. I apply it with a foam applicator. Apply to the whole truck (very light coat), wait 15 - 20 min., then buff off with good quality microfiber. It buffs off very easy. It can also be used as a great AIO (clean, polish, seal) with a little pressure behind the pad.

Black Light is by far my new favorite product. Chemical Guys rreally nailed it with this one. Just be sure to reapply every 3-4 months and you'll be golden

This is what sold me on black light:

Fyi, eBay is the cheapest place I have found that sells it.

Zaino all the way!!! www.zainostore.com/ I've seen their stuff at car shows and all the cars with that stuff looked wet. The black ones are amazing!! Looked like black ice. If you take the time and do it right, you will be floored at how amazing this polish is...

    Easy.

Not my work, but this is part of a review done on Black Light.

    Haha! Nice...

    That stuff looks good too...

Basically, anything, if done properly will give the desired effect. I've just seen Zaino in person and its amazing! But, very time consuming.

    Just my opinion...

No money, all went to truck...
Pretty much any product is going to give you a "decent" shine. To me what makes a product really worthwhile is an "excellent" shine and how long the product lasts. I've used all the cheap stuff with OK results. After using zaino products there's really no comparison on the level of shine and durability of it.

It makes washing your truck really easy. I wash it (no soap needed) and then blow it with my leaf blower (water flies off with zaino) and then shammy it (only have to squeeze it out once).

    Its ridiculous.

I definitely agree. I want to get some zaino soon. Maybe for Christmas.

    I hear ya man!

Prep is key. There's a lot more to it than just slapping on a coat of wax. Unfortunately, most people don't know that. It takes hours! sometimes even days!

Zaino is very good, but to say nothing else compares to it is hogwash. There are so many good products out there. I don't think there really is a "best".

Zaino is really good stuff with results I have seen as well. I plan to pick up some of their products over the winter to give my truck a good scrubbing in the spring.
The directions on their website are funny. "Wash your vehicle with Dawn and then go put it back in the kitchen since you will not need it again to wash your vehicle."

x2 on the Blackfire Wet Diamond...this is my current favorite. Super easy to use and doesn't streak. Used it on two of my previous black cars...stays slick a really long time! I've also used Zaino, one of my previous favorites, but too much work...and I've used NXT which is good for an over the counter product.

Shit. I deleted my pics of my wrx wagon after I detailed it. When I first bought it, the dealer "detailed" it. It looked like they had used sandpaper to do it. It was horrible. Well, I finally got around to doing it myself. I used to detail cars as a job on my own, so I had all the tools. I used a porter cable 7424 random orbital polisher to apply. For removing the scratches and swirl marks, I used a medium abrasive pad and Klasse All in one. Then to protect the paint, I use Klasse sealant. I usually do 2 layers in the fall before the harsh winter and another 2 after spring after all the salt and rain. The Klasse sealant will actually last almost a year if I let it. The water just beads right off of it, and makes the paint feel SOOOO smooth.

I used Zaino for years. It is good stuff but it can be a lot of work. Pinnical Souveran Carnaba Paste Wax was recommended and I gave it a try. I've been using it on my Corvettes ever since. I haven't found anything that produces a deeper shine on a black car.
