you are pretty skinny, seeing ribs isn't that good. any idea of your body fat? I think woman should be around 12-16. cant see ur butt either :D

any time. I took like 4 months off of the gym since I screwed my shoulder up. Ive been back the last several weeks and i feel awesome. It feels so good to be back. i lost all my muscle but it should pop back pretty quick.

    i think they will eventually

no idea what my body fat is. about my ribs... ive always shown ribs no matter what weight ive been. i guess i got the good genes from my dad sein how i can eat anything and stay skinny/tone lookin.

back about 6 yrs ago i was wearin up to a size 10/11 in jeans. had a big set of hips and my butt didnt really poke out all ghetto like if u can just imagine that. i been in size 5/6's ever since i lost 10lbs from overstressed situations at one time. stress isnt the cause of this weight loss this time which is a good thing

how the heck do u measure body fat anyways?

and theres really no way to post pics of my but unless they are semi-nude  not that anyone would frown on that but i really dont care to use them kind of pics for comparison on a more serious matter if u will ;) :D

from a size 10 to a 5 is pretty good. I bet you piss a lot of girls off :D

you can measure body fat by pinching some skin and measuring how much you pinch on various places of your body. the gym has a tool that you hold and you put your body weight into it. i think it sends a signal through your body and checks how quick it gets there. i also dont think its that accurate because it said i was at 7% and i dont know if i am that low.

im sure if you google it, you can find out, ive never felt the need to do it.

i just wanted pictures of your ass so i could check it out. maybe im a perv like that haha. no wait, im just a guy.

ok... so here is what ive been up to... i went to vitamin world and bought a big ass thing of cytogainer in the chocolate malt flavor. it tastes really good. it says to take 4 scoops as one serving 3 times/day. ive only had time to drink just 2scoops durin the day with milk. it says it aint supposed to clump up but yet it does it like crazy.

the guy that sold me this stuff said that i didnt need to just chug the stuff down bc id throw up. the only bad thing ive found that this stuff does is give me the case of rotten farts  in a way its funny bc i can gross out my friends when im hangin out watchin tv at their place, but it also sucks bc at work when my tummy starts rumblin i have to try my best to hold it in so i dont fart while im workin on a client.

so, with all that nonsense said i have actually gained about 3-4lbs now within the past 4 days :D and i have tried to eat more food (and pasta as much as possible) every day as far as 2 meals/day. even though its hard to with my schedule, but im tryin.

i aint gonna see results for a while im sure, but im just glad im startin to at least put back on a couple for now. the guy that was at the store that day told me as i was walkin out that the next time he sees me when i come back to get more weight gainer that i was gonna be 15lbs heavier... i told him "i sure hope so"

I'll ask my ex-wife. She seemed to be pretty good at gaining weight. I'll get back to you if I survive.

Get one of those shaker cups with a sealed top and a blender blade like insert thing. I know GNC sells them. The blade (looks kinda like a grapefruit cut in half) really helps to mix the powder. I usually put 2-3 scoops of whey protein into a cup with 2-3 cups of milk. Shake it while I'm getting ready for work, and by the time I get to work its more or less completely mixed. Low fat and skim milk also mix faster than whole milk, but whole milk will give you a few more calories. :D

i got one of them mixers but its in storage. ill get it next time i do a drive by there. i been drinkin organic whole milk. my roomy's asian so she got me hooked on that stuff but its so good & supposedly better for u. i just wished this stuff wouldnt give me crazy gas! i think i farted a few times while i was workin on some clients today... thank god they werent as bad today like they have been since i been takin that weight gain

and a shaker thing is a good idea. i used to use one back yrs ago when i would mix instant breakfast up, dont know what i did with it

Yeah, seems like any protein/supplement gives people gas. A guy I worked with a couple jobs ago was really into building up and a few other people never wanted to work with him because of that.

yeah, it sucks but whatever it takes to put back on healthy pounds to my hips/ass & boobs im all for it :D

i have been catchin a lot of shit lately though from girls/women when i actually mention im on weight gainer and i need to gain at least 10-15lbs. im sure u can just imagine their facial expressions and comments, but i cant help it. not tryin to make anyone jealous over what i say about wantin to look healthier. i know its extremely rare to hear any woman say she wants to actually gain weight to feel better. guess that just makes me that much more special :D :p

    soon
you also might want to try throwing some creatine in there helps you work out longer, and if you dont expend all of it it will just turn into water weight...fast. i would know i gained almost 30lbs in a month, also due to the switch from wresteling to football. hope it helps.

 Yeah, I know. People at work hate how skinny I am! Most of them could use to lose some weight while I'm trying to gain it. Meanwhile we all do tech support so we sit around most of the day. On the other hand, I'd rather just wander over to the user's area in the hospital than talk to them on the phone and remote their PC. Maybe it's the exercise, maybe I hate sitting at a desk all day, or maybe I think the users need to SEE someone.... (They hate calling the helpdesk as they think their calls disappear into a black hole so I try to put in a personal appearance in response to a ticket.)

i dunno. I guess i eat a lot of food. and take big shits as well ;) although 2 lbs for someone 180 is like you losing and gaining less than a lb probably.
