Yeah, I ended up getting them to refund my assembly fee when they did mine incorrectly.

Mine are now set at 5/5. I started with a 1.5" Icon AAL and the ride was awful. I now have a Deaver U402 stage 1 leaf pack and the ride quality is sooooo much better than the Icon AAL. I highly recommend getting a full leaf replacement over an add a leaf set up.

Could go the easy route and just lower them yourself after you get refunded the assembly cost? Pretty easy using the weight of the truck to disassemble/reassemble them without a spring compressor.

they refunded me the assembly cost. And no I'm honestly not mechanically inclined. Thats why I paid for the assembly in the first place. Seems like they honestly dont know what theyre doing...

Any 4wd shop could lower it down for you and save you a bunch of money in the long run. Lifting the rear can introduce its own set of gremlins. Pinion angle/driveline vibration, brake line length, not against it but just know its not a one size fits all in the rear.

I ordered RXT's 3/21... waiting to hear from the vendor on lead time, but Icon said 14-16 weeks outright. I'm putting in a block until then.

The cheapest and simplest route would be to have the clips repositioned at the setting you originally wanted.

For those getting the rxt, set it at the option you plan to have with all your gear/ load for whatever in the back. Even unloaded it rides like a dream compared to stock

I just added the icon 3 leaf add a leaf with falcon shocks this weekend and it gave me about 1” lift but I do have a topper. It rides great so far.

I have the Wheeler's 3-leaf AAL WITH the overload spring still in on my 2nd Gen and the ride is not bad at all. It's slightly bouncy over bumps, but I don't find it to be uncomfortable, and it handles heavy loads like a champ.

with an extra inch .................U would have a new girlfriend when U get home

extra leafs will toughen up the ride

no less after they break in they might not be even.................hence a bro lean

makes a big difference at the mall or hooters..................less so in the boonies

up to Ur bumpers in muck

How much lift did you get from the Deaver pack & do you have any constant load?

Ive got a Headstrong Offroad 3 leaf ALL. The selling point was that you do not need to cut off the factory clips for it to fit. Now I just need time and space to install them...

It gave me about 2" and rides amazingly well. My truck spends 95% of its life unloaded.
