That would be a hard sell privately. We are talking about an expensive 3rd gen, with all of its perceived problems.

Let the dealer buy it. Less hassles. She said she was getting a great offer.

Oh look, a second gen owner who knows all about third gens AND their resale market. NEAT!

It's a Tacoma man... resale is not a problem. Unless you're prospective buyer is a Kool-Aid drinking third gen conspiracy theorist.... No offense :D

I would doubt that many in her demographic would know about all the 3rd gen issues, too many NON-enthusiast drivers out there. Even if they do, it seems to me that many 3rd gens are strictly hit or miss with them having any issues (I am only a 2nd gener). A decent deal from a private sale vs the dealer will def get some interest, atleast to me it would. A Tacoma could be expensive or cheap depending on who you talk to, its not like she is selling a Ferrari.

OP, F that shit, sell private. The dealer will only make a deal for them and the shady transaction can get worse as others have said.

Calm down? I am cool as a cucumber.... as the rest of my post that you conveniently edited out clearly showed.

Thanks for your interpenetration of my mood though, and the"Nancy" comment. Original.
