Wheelers Superbumprs paired with All-Pro U-Bolt flip kit. 17" Black 4Runner TRD Pro Rims - 32" for DD 17" Black 4Runner TRD Pro - 33" BFG KM2 255/80r17 for dedicated off road set. If you plan on going with 285" (32.6") tires you will need at least a 2-3" lift, remove all mud flaps, either wheel spacers or a cab mount chop.

If you go with skinny 33" with 255/80/17 or 255/85r16 tires (big fan) you will again need a 2-3" lift, remove all mud flaps. However you will not need a cab mount chop or wheel spacers.

Also looking for new wheels so what size would I need so no mods needed? Also what about using a leveling kit instead of a lift. Would like something like 33x12 ish
    Thanks

I'm running 33s with fiberglass fenders in front and 5100's with stock coils at .8 I hear some noise but don't know where its coming from.

Have you caged the engine bay, cab, and bed? This should limit the amount of body and frame flex so you can track down that noise easier.

Can't say for sure without the cage. You could try gusseting the entire frame, upper and lower control arms, fabricating new shock mounts and spring perches. This would surely eliminate and possibility of the noise coming from anything but the coil overs. At that point I'd call ICON, or maybe King and have them make you a custom set of coilovers and shocks. These should be able to handle the rigors of daily driving light weekend offroading and will be a modest upgrade over your 5100's.

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
    This is ridiculous lmao

Well I went with a 32 (275/65/18), -12 offset wheel, cooper ATP tire with a 3" Traxda level kit. Turned out pretty good. The ride is nice.

Did this kit make the suspension stiffer? How does the ride quality differ from stock? I'm considering this kind of lift. Thanks

Not that I noticed but I only put about 300 miles on before the tires and level kit and only about 20 miles since then. Ridewise coming home from the tire shop it actually felt better though, definitely look better. Maybe it was just my excitement to have it done. The truck has never left the asphalt but they claim it doesn't change the ride. Looks great feels great and the cost of leveling kit with install was much cheaper then a suspension kit and for what I'm doing with it, it's all I needed for now.

I should add traxda claimed I could run a 33 without any rubbing, I even called tech support to verify that. However maybe it's the offset but the air dam rubs just a little bit so I'm either going to take it off for trim about a half inch.

If I was gonna tuck them under the truck I'd probably jack the truck up and lay them flat on the ground. Should clear 33's that way.
