Is there such a thing. I finally grasp the whole offset and backspace thing. But is there an ideal offset in general to avoid problems.

Maintaining the stock offset will keep the tire centered so as you add width, half of the added width will be on the outside and half will be on the inside.

At some point, you'll start getting too close to the control arm and frame and will need to reduce the offset.

OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
A 4.5 back space is what you need... But depends on the wheel width too..

    For example
    16x8 w/ 4.5" backspace = 0mm offset
    16x9 w/ 4.5" backspace = -12mm offset

Thanks. I was just wondering if there was a "magic number" when trying to find wheels. So many wheels come in different offsets really makes finding the right one a freaking headache.
