I owned a '12 and it had a super buggy stereo, bluetooth, and phone accessibility. Although the '12 did get better mileage.....

 

'13. Temp/compass mirror plus proper clock.

 

2015 if they didn't remove the digital clock.

 

2008 is the best! Mechanical LSD for my TRD sport, best access cab configurations (seats and speakers) and the last but not least, the less electronic features possible (so the less trouble for the future)

Kinda thinking that any year you own is the right one, not much has changed since '05.

 

05. No TPMS, ABS system is easy to bypass with a switch, none of that traction control BS you don't need if you know how to drive, and a mechanical LSD.

 

Don't be silly, 13' is definitely the best!

 

Major change in '09... I had an '05, now I have a '10: TRAC & A-TRAC raise this truck up to a whole new level of trail ability without stress or worry. Of course, it is a 4WD OFF ROAD... the only model I would ever consider owning.

 

My 08' had the brake controlled lsd and traction control I thought 07' was the last year on the mechanical lsd..

 

What was wrong with the electronics? All I know about is traction control and that seems like a good thing?

 

Without my '13 I might have never known how cold it was or if the roads were going to ice..... in florida
