that was boring. I wanted action. What is the brother going to do with the tape? New Mexico has wire tapping laws so it can't be used in court

 

Chuck doesn't have to use the tape in court. My understanding of how he did it is:

He left the play button on the recorder pressed so when the kid put the new battery in he would hear Saul confessing to a crime.

Now the kid can say he heard a tape of somebody confessing to a crime. That will elt the tape be entered into evidence.

I can't remember it word for word but he said something about admitting to it. Think it was the same line they showed in the preview when he was talking to Chuck from last season.

 

I was confused by this as well

 

I thought he was going to break the tape recorder and ruin the tape, or something.

I also thought Kim was planning to sabotage the paperwork when she kept working on it over and over

 

I don't think Kim would do that

 

She didn't approve of the sabotage of Chuck with the address, so I wasn't sure why she took the paperwork back and kept working on it. I was scared

 

right, but maybe saw him following Hector? The old "Watching you, watching him" I thought Gus would show early this season but looking like a no.
