Is the fact that Jimmy 'destroyed' a tape that was copied, evidence of entrapment? Does Jimmy now own the evidence? Will Chuck be disbarred or reprimanded? Might getting in trouble himself, kill him or drive him over the edge?

Didn't play out like I thought but prob. more realistically like it would. Chuck looks crazy, HHM will prob. distance them selves from him more.

I assume Chuck made it appear to the court that he made the tape as a personal vendetta to get Jimmy's license taken away and not for justice about the Mesa Verde documents. This must be bad for him? Could he lose his license for something something?

That was one of the best episodes of anything I have seen in a long time. I did a lot of audio and video in college and I recognized all those stupid STAR WIPES during the commercial. I lolled pretty good at those

 

Well he's on probation with the BA Assoviation gor a year and legally cannot practicw law in that time. So hes gotta make momey some how but also can't get in trouble with the law for the year or he loses hos license to be lawyer forever. So I think he's walking a thin line between being inventive and legit to make money and being a con man.

 

They said he was suspended for 12 months in the current episode.
