I just ordered a set of f5's. Now I'm ready for tires and lift. I just wanted to hear what you all recommend. I want to run 285/75/16, either ko2s, ridge grapplers, or discoverer stt pro's still waiting on quotes before I decide...).

For a lift, there is too much conflicting info... I was just going to do that toytec ultimate lift because it seems to come with everything needed to "do it right". But not sure if there are better options out there for a lift (~3in) that any of you fine folks may be running.

Will I need to get new UCA's as well? (those things are f**king pricey)
I read that I may need to do some trimming. no worries, but has anyone done this setup and can confirm?

I'm an avid outdoorsman so the truck gets abused a little in the woods, but I don't do the recreational off-roading thing. Doing this purely for the "look".

Anyone else have any better idea's or advice?

If you are planning on going with a 3” lift get upper control arms. SPC’s are great and easy to maintain.

I went with an OME setup from headstrong on LT285/75/r17s. also included SPC UCAs. They didn't add that much to the price.
