Oh if I could find the part number for that adapter I'd be all set. The belt they use is 7PK2164, the instructions list the length of hose required. I already have a cooler, so wouldn't want to buy another. I am not sure which pump they run, but the pulley is the 8 rib 348 model. Figuring out how to mount the reservoir would be the main challenge.

I am running the land cruiser rack and am pretty sure my pump is failing so it is a good time to upgrade things.

    That looks like a 16x1.5 to JIC -6 ?

I found the adapters online. I might get some just as spares, but you are right, it is better to get their kit. I priced out all the pieces and they aren't adding much markup, considering the custom brackets and all. The belt their kit uses is the high end version for boosted applications, the normal belt is 1/3 the cost and I might get the normal as a spare.

Which rack do you have installed? I have the landcruiser 200 series rack installed with an adapter from Marlin that allows my factory tacoma line to fit. The problem is that the adapter I received in the JD Fab kit doesnt match my factory line. The adapter seems to have a flare at the end.

I have the tundra rack which accepts the stock tacoma lines. Which fitting is which in your pic?

The dirty one is the stock tacoma line. The one that looks like an adapter looks like the one that fits your tundra rack?

Yeah, it threaded right in with no issues. Measure it with a caliper and double check the diameter to make sure it’s right. Even side by side I had a hard time seeing the difference in size of the two adapters. Harry said they got a batch of the wrong adapters and didn’t catch it so maybe you’ve got the wrong one too.

The thread is correct, it is the tapered end that is different. The adapter flares wider at the end and the stock one doesnt.

Gotcha, have you tried threading it in or are you just speculating as of now?

I tried threading it in and it went one turn before stopping. I didnt want to force it. Looking at the instructions for the RCLT it seems they pull out the brass insert in the LC 200 rack which would have accepted a standard fitting, then they put in a brass adapter. The stock line needs to be modified to fit into the brass adapter. Kinda of a hack situation.

Ah I gotcha, so it sounds like a marlin/lc200 wonky situation and not necessarily a jd fitting situation.

Got the Howe kit installed. Had to modify a bit to fit my setup, but so far so good. Feels much smoother over bumps.

Can anyone confirm what fitting works on the 200 series rack to adapt to -10AN? I see everyone saying m16x1.5 but what degree is that flare ? Any link by chance? I’ve got a 200 rack I’m fitting in an FJ with the factory pump but I am making custom lines and spares for racing.

Why -10an? My full hydro lines arent even that big, most guys run -6 with stock racks.

@Tac05 would know where to get that fitting.

My doors are the only stock things left besides the headlights
    That's a supply/feed line....not a return.
-10 or -12 pretty standard for it
