So its been FOREVER since i updated this (About a Year and a half now) but here are a few updates.....

Changed out my cabin air filter, it def needed it!


Next i started on my color matched grille/grillcraft install












Moved the horns to the two existing holes on the drivers side behind the battery


also rewrapped and rerouted the wire for the thermometer back to the factory location

 

Next i installed new Phillips Extreme Power bulbs in the headlights, and Nokya hyper yellow bulbs in the fogs




Checked my tire pressure using the chalk method


Looks good to me, Im running 285/75/16 BFG KM2's 35psi in the front and 36psi in the rear, both chalk lines were the same.


And finally today i did the hose clamp mod for the tailgate for a bit of piece of mind




And added an FJ TOYOTA emblem to the grill that i sanded down and painted satin black to match the lower center portion of the bumper




thats all for now, I still have to paint the radiator black to blend behind the grill, and sand/repaint the lower center of the bumper to get rid of the rock chips, will post pics as i finish.

Well I traded in the Tacoma on a 2011 4Runner Trail edition with the KDSS supension. Sad to see the truck go but so far i love the 4Runner, it rides great. Still gonna be around tacoma world for the general info and random BS though.
