no where new at the moment. Opened a case with the BBB.. Talked to a lawyer for legal advice and because no injuries happened (because I found them before it could happen) I can't press charges

 

What makes you think Fitzgerald would be any better? I'm not saying they are bad. I don't go there for much but everything they have done has been satisfactory for me. Although once one of the service writers tried to tell me my 4.0 Taco only needed oil changes every 10k and used 0w20. (most of them are aren't the friendliest either. Plus there's one guys that is always giving me the stink eye when I go in. ) I will say there are always a few new frames sitting out back. I think I counted 8 this past Saturday. Makes me think they should at least have experience with frame replacements.

 

Only reason I said Fitzgerald is because I bought my tC from them back in 06. I have never had any experience with their service department, but sales has always treated me pretty good. You WOULD THINK with all these frames that need to be replaced they would have experience. I think what is THE most suspicious of them all is "ryan manton" is no longer a tech. he is the one that replaced my frame and even said he has experience with tacoma's and 4 runner's lift kits. He is no longer a tech. but they made him a service writer... HMMMMM!
