If it makes you feel any better they did put this up on their FB page 18 hours ago. Due to the current circumstances id personally give them a pass on their poor service. Im sure a lot of people have ordered from them on here without an issue as its one of the top google results for a pro grill "Dear Valued Customer,

I bought my pro grille and garnish from them. Delivered within that week but that was before all this covid bs.

Ah man. Bummer to hear. I ordered from them last week, but had the opposite experience. I got the pro grill and some raptor lights and they came in a timely manner and also had a few e-mails with them. I have to admit, I was skeptical though!

Like I said it was my experience and mine alone, I am glad your order was processed and delivered in a timely manner, I just posted on the thread to spread awareness, I hope everyone experience was different than mine.

Sorry to hear about your experience with them. Did you ever receive the grill? I ordered from them last month. Got the same type of responses. Couple days later I received an email saying it’s enroute. That it will be here next week and it showed up the next day. Lol. From what I can tell everyone is having issues with shipping and being able to track the stuff you ordered. “Things” happens right?

Seems that you ordered right when the proverbial COVID was hitting the fan. They probably had to scale back and not surprisingly had customer service issues. I just ordered the emblem blackout kit and it arrived within a week, they also answered a question within minutes of my emailing them. Seems like they are back on track and I would chalk this up to the 'virus effect'.

Same here. Ordered the MCAuto pro grill / garnish combo maybe 10 months ago and it showed up a week later and I have been very pleased with it. But ordering just about anything now is a total crapshoot and it won't get better anytime soon. You guys need to reset your expectations!!! I pretty much only buy local if it's sitting on the shelf. Otherwise I don't bother.
