Hey guys, good news on this front, at least for me. Wyatt is sending me a cashiers check for my refund,:fingerscrossed: I had a very small amount spent with him relative to others that are facing these issues. Keep your ears propped for anything from him. I won’t go into too much detail about what’s going on, cause I don’t fully know Wyatt’s side, but my contact says he’s trying to correct his mistakes here. I can’t speak for everyone’s case but there is hope that things will be corrected.
Still sucks things had to come out like this, hopefully he makes things right with everyone he owes right now.

I ordered a Marlin Tacobox through him back in early September 2020. Initial call with Wyatt was great but since then nothing. I've called, emailed, and texted many times for a simple status update... crickets. After reading the latest on this thread I disputed the charge with my cc company today. Its unfortunate since it seemed like they did great work.

I’ve heard, not verified, there’s some major hold ups and back orders at Marlin too. No excuse for lack of communication on Wyatt’s part, but lack of product may not be entirely his fault with the tacobox.

Have you contacted Marlin to see what their lead time is on the tacobox? I don’t blame you if you haven’t, who the hell has the time to be calling all the time?

Yes, I contacted Marlin before and after ordering through RST. They no longer sell the built units which is why I went with RST. My understanding is Wyatt is good friends with the Marlin guys and said he'd be able to place an order for me even though they don't offer them directly to customers. I can understand delays and backorders, especially with covid, but no communication at all is not okay... I was patience for 5 months.

Yes, he's had my 4Runner since 2019. He quoted me 2-3 weeks and gladly accepted my deposit. As the months went by he always had a fresh excuse for the lack of progress. Since mid December 2020 he's gone completely silent. I was actually planning to file a police report tomorrow until I saw this thread. I think I still might, since I have no idea where my property is.

Was yours in the older grey one in for an engine swap? If so, it was sitting outside the shop looking abandoned both when I dropped mine off, and when I picked it up months later.

Wyatt ripped me off for 1000 bucks too. For some sliders. He strung me along for a year. I finally called Demello and they said he never made the order. So he was totally lying the whole time. dude never intended fulfill my order. I am right now on the phone with the bank making a second claim. it's unreal. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING.

What a scumbag.....i dealt with shit like this from a company call Maryland Speed. Strung me along for months, excuse after excuse.....he explained his business practices long story short filed a complaint with Marylands attorney general and cc company. Took forever but git my money back. Turned out there were a ton of complaints against him. They held him accountable.....

I'm unfortunately in the same boat as a few of you, but Wyatt has been communicating with me. It took me sending a message over IG to a now former RST employee to get a call back tho, after about 3 weeks of silence. I ordered a 3-link kit for my 4th gen 4runner in August 2020, and paid ~$2700 in full at the time of order. That included frame and axle brackets, coilover towers, links, frame plates, and a sway bar kit. I'm doing the work myself, so the timeline for these kit parts is beyond anything reasonable. I'm sitting on a lot of other parts waiting for this kit to install everything. He's telling me now that he's waiting on a panhard bracket from Lasernut, and that I might be able to pick up parts this week (I'm in SoCal). I really hope he comes through. I'll keep this thread updated. But I'm thinking by the end of the month calling Mastercard to get a refund and piecing together my own kit. Very disappointed by all of this. I knew the lead times were long when I ordered everything, but reading about people getting ghosted makes me lean towards disputing it with the CC company.

Lead times on brackets, or really any link kit stuff except trailing arms is totally unacceptable, there are probably a dozen companies who can have them shipped a couple hours after you order.

Completely agree. I was told 4 weeks when I ordered the kit. Figured it would take 8, which was fine since I was waiting on some other parts. But now it's been 6-months, and after all the research I've done I think I can 3-link it with brackets from Ballistic, TMR, Barnes, etc... RST's coilover tower setup is why I went with them.

Pretty sure RST brackets are from ballistic.

yeah I don't think he actually "made" anything, just took parts from elsewhere and threw them together.
