Damn. Hope you all are able to get your money back from this instead of having hopes of him "making it right".

I got screwed over about 10 years ago from another seller (anyone remember Revenge Fab?) and learned my lesson. I, too, was given many false promises and in the end I got screwed over a little over 1k. Didn't know there was an issue until I found out about it via Tacomaworld. I was only a member of TTORA at that time and had no clue what was going on in TW land.

A few years later I was in a local forum reading about a local vendor review and how awesome this vendor it and sure enough it was the same guy. Called him out, demanded a refund, to which he apologized and said he will build me the sliders and front bumper that I paid for to make things right. I already had sliders and bumpers at that point so I told him no and that I wanted my money back. Never got my money back. Never heard from him.

 

Should have gotten the bumper and sliders and sold them . If he would have actually sent them.

 

I should have. At that time I didn't want to take that gamble and just wanted my $ and be done with him.

There's no doubt about it, theft pure and simple. At what point can we get the police involved? He couldn't use your December 2020 money to fulfill my August 2020 order? WTF is that all about? A simple link and bracket kit that he could probably piece together for less than $2k. And I was hounding him daily by December. Did you dispute the charge with your CC company?

 

I ordered an Atlas 4 speed on 12/07/2020 and I have not heard anything his phone right to voice mail and no email response! Over $4400 in parts ordered! what is going on!!!

 

Can't order straight through atlas? In any case you need to get in contact with your CC company immediately.

 

What's going on is that he's collecting money from people and not delivering any products. Then he's ignoring calls, emails, etc. Contact your CC company and dispute the charge. I did, but haven't heard back from them yet. Also, the first number he used goes straight to VM but I was able to get a hold of him on another number 657.352.3522. I was in contact with him on this number as recently as March 5. Hope that helps.

 

I just tried that number right to voice mail. I already contacted my CC company. He talked a good game about wiring harness and tcase mount included, shifters and more... once this is handled I will order it through NW diesel my local shop. It pays to shop local! In the mean time I have rig torn apart waiting tcase!

Order directly through Advanced Adapters. They have really good customer service and will be able to give you real updates on your order progress.

He told me he stopped taking orders, but if he has not I hope new potential customers find this thread to keep from becoming a new member of this situation.

I see they are doing work, I know two trucks are being worked on (not mine but hope mine is next). I have no clue a about the small parts.

 

2 trucks are being worked on? By whom? Yours is next? I hope not. I know of one truck that's all cut up now, with the owner $30k in, and no work happening. If RST is attached to the work in any way, avoid it like the plague. Because RST is a plague.

 

Im a lot more than 30k in and also been cut up for 3.5 years. I know two trucks are being worked on (one there over 4 years as you can see a blog post about it from 2017).... And I hope mine is finally next.

I spoke with another RST customer the other day. He has had significant work done on his truck by RST, but also has parts ordered and paid for that he has not received. And as of the past 2 months he's getting the silent treatment from Wyatt as well. He informed me that the RST employees who actually did the fabrication work are no longer working there. For what it's worth, I don't see any way your truck is getting built if it's been 3.5 years. He can't even fill my relatively small order (compared to what some people are owed) and doesn't have the staff to do the work.
