Beware!!

Ordered new grill guard the other day, they sent me a bull guard instead. Thought i was getting an awesome deal a dee zee grill guard $150 and free shipping. I called them up and they said they are having technical difficulties and admitted it was there fault, and offered to ship it back with a refund.

Think they should have offered me something to make it right? Seems a little shady because they still haven't fixed the site.

Yes, they should have offered to take it back, refund your shipping for the initial delivery and return, admit fault, and apologize. Sounds like they did just that.

i have been thinking about buying it for the last few weeks, when i called they where not surprised. They said dee zee calls bull guards - grill guards and its the photo that is a glitch. Just thought it was a little shady that they didst fix it yet. going to wait and see how long it is going to take them.
