I went from E rated 265/70/17 Hankook MT to E rated 275/70/17 Hankook ATm and I didn't notice any change to the crappy mpg I get

14 lbs per tire is enough reason for me to not consider the KOs. My truck runs 90% highway and 10% gravel and an occasional trip into a field/two track for hunting or fishing. We get a couple snows a year that are 6"+, but snow is usually not a concern. I just bought my second set of Dynapros, p-rated in 265/75/r16. Pulled the first set off at 40k miles and the tread was still pretty good. Could have ran them another 10 or 15k miles I think. Bought another set of the same tire with new rims. By the way - I don't know what the KOs cost but my tires were $130 each plus $50 off because I bought four. Plus no mounting fees - DTD mounts and balances tire/wheel sets for free and ships free.
