    I recently traded my 265/70R16 KO's for a set of 275/70R16 KO2's.

    ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TIRE.

Much quieter and better ride. I loved my original KO's, but these KO2's are far superior in all weather conditions. Just wanted to give my two cents if anyone is interested.

How the hell do you not have rubbing? I put on 265/70/17 and I got one hell of a rub! Nice though

Side by side the same make and model tire 265/75r16 and 245/75r16 are a pretty noticeable difference in size. Not sure why you didn't see it. You can google tires size calculators if your want to see the actual sizes.

Yep I did that too. I'm not the one tripping about it though, I enjoy the set I purchased.

I had the stock size they worked well. Then went to 265/75 they looked cool but traction was lost as was mpg. Now I run 235/85r16's ko2's same added height as the 265's but with better traction and fuel economy. They also seem to be a little softer then the ko's and look better.

I had the 265/75R16 and after a year and a half decided to go with the 265/70R17 with C rating. So much difference in the feeling. Power is back, gas mileage is up almost 3 mpg on my tank. Those E-rated tires look great but they are beasts.

This might be the route I go on my next set with a new set of rims.

do you have any photos of your truck with running the 885 and 235s? i have an oportunity to get 6 235 85 16 bfg k0s from a dually that were only used for 500 miles. im on 285 now but would like to drop down to pizza cutters. also running billies with eibachs but bought 885s to replace the eibachs.

My profile pick has this set up. I don't have any pictures from straight in front at this time.

After reading I may be interested in some c rated tires now. Have 285/75/16 ko2. Anyone know if they make c range in that size?

285/75r16 in ko2 is a really heavy tire.. Just be ready for the hit to mpg and power loss to be very noticeable.

I already have them, with front/rear bumpers an skids. Let's just say long uphill grades aren't fun... at all

I agree! i put some 265/70/17 bfg ko2's on my tacoma, with a set of 4runner 17's on there. the guys at the tire shop said it took a good amount of weight to balance them but i only noticed improvements to the ride and stance. no wobble, no power loss. the best part is i run them in deep sand at 44psi. no more letting air out, they float. I sold my tacoma rims for the same price i picked up these bad boys

I have c rated ko2's and they obviously outshine the stock tires. I did see a half mpg loss, and slight loss of power.now I don't even notice the power loss and think it's got plenty. Only notice when hitting the gas at highway speeds that it downshifts a lot.
