BFG AT KO running pressure?

I apologize if this has been answered in a sticky. I don't see it.

I have 265/70/16 BFG AT's and have been running them at 30 PSI. I hadn't given it much thought until now. Should I have more pressure in these? Most of my driving is interstate, 70 miles a day 5 days a week minimum. This truck rides so rough already, I kinda hope 30 is fine.
