Bought the KO2s but looking into possible trading them for the Razr At. I would be saving close to 20lbs a tire. Anyone found the Razr At in-stock anywhere?

I'm not a fan of anything out of Taiwan except the cuisine. I don't blame you for wanting to get away from the E load range tires because of the weight. If I were looking at a 265/70/16, this would be my list in no particular order -

    Nitto Ridge Grappler
    Michelin LTX AT2
    Bridgestone Dueler AT REVO 3

I would possibly consider Pirelli Scorpions or Falkens. FWIW, I do have Maxxis tires on my bike. Just not sure I would put them on my truck.
