    Running the BP-51 kit.

I have my alignment specs, but they're off. I'm actually rubbing MORE after the alignment. Making another trip in to get it dialed in. I took it to Firestone and "THE guy" wasn't working (found this out after-the-fact). Here they are anyways...IMG_0391 (2).jpg

Agreed - trying again on Monday. Hopefully the "veteran tech" can work his magic

Thanks!! Looking forward to your update. I’m running 2.5” of lift in the form of bils 6112 and All Pro standards so this could be the push I need to try 34.

Yes this is an old thread but one of the few on the internet that's Toyota specific. I used it for reference when selecting these tires. I suppose it helped having OZ-T cheerleading them on all the threads I could find that mentioned them. Measurements vary between Jeep and Toyota (rim width), old and new tires. So this is how I measured, yes the level was level with the assistance of my snow bank.

Brand new, unloaded, freestanding at 32lbs on a 17x7" rim these tires are exactly 33" tall. On the same rim, width is 10 7/16. I will add a loaded measurement in May.

I was intrigued with this thread and tire size. I currently am running 255/85/16 toyo mud terrains. I want to maybe run a 34" tire (and upgrade to 17" wheels) but after looking at the price of the K02 in this size, I may as well stick with a M/T in a 285/75/17 size. $330 for a non mud terrain is steep.

Concentric, maybe take a look at the BFG KO2 285/75R17, even though its larger its a fair bit cheaper than the 34x10.5

Thanks. That is a more respectable price for an all terrain! $244 on tire rack.

Anyone succeeded in fitting these in the stock spare location?

I’m torn between these and 255/80/17 and the latter can fit in the stock spare location where I would prefer my spare to be.

That's a great question. I believe the limiting factor will be the diff when it gets stuffed up high. I've seen it rub on some spare tires when they are very large but I don't know what size those guys had under there.

I can barely get a 255/80R17 to fit, and that's with a Pelfrey bumper. I could never get one of these 34's to fit.

Stylion is right, the pumpkin under flex is a concern. I also have millimeters of clearance between the shackle mounts right now.

Prior to the aftermarket bumper I couldn't even get a 33" to fit due to the hitch framework. If you have no hitch, then maybe you could clear more.

edit: a 255/80R17 is more than suitable for a spare for these KO2's anyways. And I prefer the skinniest tire as I can get up there.

Bumping an old thread here... will the 34x10.50r17 fit in the stock spare tire carrier? I'm not afraid of hammering the tabs out, mostly wondering if the exhaust will need to get moved. Currently have a 265/70r17 in there and it looks close.

My 295/75R16 KO2’s advertise as 33.4” although I didn’t actually measure after mounted on the wheel like these guys, and it doesn’t fit even after hammering the tabs. It hits the hitch and would hit the pumpkin under compression

Yes it fits, no hammering required, stock exhaust

Sweet! It's gotta be a pretty tight fit though right? I have a 265/70r17 KO2 in there right now and it's maybe 1/2" from the hitch, touching the drivers side leaf spring bracket, and within an inch of the exhaust.

I'm debating between these and a few different 255/80r17s

I wonder with the 34x10.50 being narrower if that gives more clearance for the rear diff. Wouldn't a 295 be closer to 12" wide?

I'm not sure that should make a difference, the extra length is in front of axle. Unless maybe the exhaust routing is slightly different
