Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
    E. My 7th set of E rated tires on 4 different trucks, about 600+ off road trips in 35 years.

Never a blowout on E. I have had blowouts on 1 set of C and 1 set of SL.

You had to have hit a sharp piece of metal that caused this type of damage, E rated tires don’t spontaneously blowout of the sidewall like that, nor even out of the treads unless they hit something. People saying KO2’s aren’t good tires have uninformed opinions and are comparing them to other tires that would do the same thing or worse under the same conditions as there are many like me who off-road often on sharp rocky trails with them and have never had significant chipping or blowout issues.

I do agree with the others though, even as they have a three peak rating, I don’t like them or recommend them for driving on snow, but I live and off-road in the desert.
