Check my build thread...too much to list.
    I’m assuming you’re talking about KM3s?
I’ve only ran KM2s but going away because of the chunks that get taken out of them while off-roading. I’m unsure if the newer versions are the same but just thought I’d mention it.

THe maxx’s Last a long time!! My 35’s ina 5 tire rotation still had 13/14 32nds left after 25k miles. Again, I regret cheaping out on going with the at3w’s on my Tacoma.

Craziness I will be getting these tires again, possibly 285s instead of 255s like now.

That's not the same thing. Most tires have that. I am talking about the mountain and snowflake symbol. That's a different rating

Between those two: ST MAXX every day of the year. I beat the holy shite out of mine. Lacerations. Direct impacts into immobile concrete. Dirt. Snow. Ice. Gravel. Mud. Moab. Never, ever worried about where I was driving.

Only reason I'm not running them now is because I couldn't afford them the second time around.

    Call me an anti-fanboy but I won't do Ko-Bros.

They are two different ratings. All that have the mountain snowflake symbol also have the m+s rating. But the reverse isn't true.

Sounds like I need to try the Maxx tires next time. I have been extremely happy with my ko2s though

That said. My Current Falken AT3W have the mountain snow flake. The ST MAXX Didn't.

The ST MAXX felt better on icy roads than these Falken's do.

(EDIT: Albeit the MAXX were 255's and the AT3W is 285)

There are a lot of work trucks, ranch trucks, and other SUV/trucks here in Montana that run Cooper ST MAXX and STT PRO.

Most company/gas line trucks around northern WV are running the coopers

Just came across this on tire rack....While non-winter tires featuring the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol provide additional longitudinal snow traction beyond what all-season (M+S) tires not bearing the symbol can deliver, they do not match the capability of a true winter tire in all adverse weather conditions.

Lots of safari and hunt guides, plus many GO/NGO types run STT Pro models on their land cruisers in Africa, which will eat your tires on a good day.
