You need to ask yourself a few questions.

Do you care about performance, power, acceleration, fuel economy, braking and ride? While having a tire that is designed to be puncture/tear resistant and more capable than the weight ratings of your truck.

    Or.

Do you want a tire rated for an F350 that causes loss in performance, loss in power, loss in acceleration, loss in fuel economy, loss in braking and harsher ride but is more puncture/tear resistant than the already puncture tear resistant tire that far exceeds the weight ratings of your truck.

Black and white, yes. But basically boils down to is this a daily driver or trail rig, or do you just not care.

I wheel in sharp PNW volcanic rock. Sharp enough it will cut you. I've always wheeled with C-load quality tires, I've abused the sidewalls and never had an issue. You can see my writeup here on trying to find the best combo light weight wheels/tires for durability, I went to 17s just to run the KO2s in C. Because while I drive a truck I still care about driving dynamics and I would never run an E-load tire on a mid-size.
