I'm scheduled today to get 4 new KO2 tires at my local dealership installed today since I cannot get the KO3's until probably sometime in mid-May'ish next month. Upside is that from what BFG tells me, if I am not 100% satisfied with the way that the KO2's perform (and the way that the reviews speak to how they perform in the rain does have me comcerned) in the next 60 days, then I can try and initiate a swap for the KO3's. Unfortunately they are not in the buy 3, get 1 for $1.00 program so the cost of the new ones might be another issue entirely.

My originals lasted through the life of the truck so far at 111,179 miles. Unreal.

    Let's see how this goes.

Supposedly more sizes will drop May 2025. What size tire were you holding out for?

Discount Tire is a decent place to check release dates. I don't know why BFG wasn't capable of giving you the dates, they've given them to Discount.

A bunch of tires drop tomorrow. Not sure what one you're after.

the 285/70/17 C in what i believe is white letters. as it’s listed on their page as

    LT285/70R17/C 116/113S MSPN 04364

Discount tire is now tire rack is it not? i have been checking tire racks website for months. Is there a discount tire link that shows dates for tomorrow ?

That's a tricky one, because technically that size is already out, as the OE designation. I know the 2025 list shows another one, but I can't find any info about it. If I had to guess, August 1, 2025. And I have no clue whether or not it will offer white letters, because I can't find anything from BFG either way, other than it's in the column of 2025 sizes being released.

How did you find that? When I choose 285/70, it takes me straight to the ones already out, the "OEs".

Discount and Tirerack are mostly synonymous, yes. Tirerack doesn't show anything ahead of time. Discount you can go to the KO3 page and choose a size and it will either tell you it's available or it will tell its release date.

You are correct, and I see what @MGMDesertTaco is talking about now. before, it wasn't letting me choose a sidewall. Yes, the non-OE, 285/70R17, RWL tire will be out August 1, 2025.

I think the 35x11.5-r17 is the most exciting new size. Medium-skinny 35s!

To make it even better it will be a "C" load rating with 3 ply sidewall. They will also eventually have a 37x12.5x17 in a "C" load as well. I had a response from someone on BFG IG page respond to my ask for this and they said they would pass my request onto engineering. To help I shared that both Falken and Toyo offered 35x11.5x17 and 35x12.5x17 in both "C" and "E". Did this make a difference? Perhaps. But I am sure I am not the only asking for it. I am currently running 285/75/17 in "E" load so I asked if no 35x11.5x17 at least do a 285/75 in a "C". My understanding it is planned for a May 2026 release.
