That link is for load E in 275/70's. I was looking at 265/70's in load C which are 195.99 a tire. My bad.

Ok so I have bought some 285/75/16 yesterday from discount tire Direct. The cheapest deal out there right now that i could find is through 4wheelparts.com for 197.99$ a tire but they are offering a instant 70$ off a set of four, making it $180 a tire. So price comes out to $721.96. After Fees and tax it $801. Discount tire direct does price matching and free shipping and no tax charge. So they matched 4wheelparts.com price of $721 out the door. So if you go through them with price match you get the cheaper price and do not have to pay the tax or fees. I also asked the sales rep when would they be doing the next $100 off of $400 purchase sale. He said not till around march.

Me either! I'll roll one up next to the truck today for an unmounted vs mounted next to my current 285's. These are 295/75/16

So I take it the 295 is the same besides the width of the 285? About how much a difference?

285/75/16 ko2 mounted is 32.8" tall and the 295/75/16 ko2 mounted is 33.3" tall. Tire-rack has all the mounted numbers you can look up to compare.

305/65r18 same height. You sure a 295 is only 9.6" wide or is that the tread pattern width

Fox 2.5 coilovers with adjustable remote resi., Fox 2.0 rear shocks with adjustable remote resi. Total Chaos UCAs, FN Five Star wheels 17x8.5 with -6 offset, BFG AT KO2 LT275/70R17, Icon 1.5-2 inch AAL, diff drop kit by Toytec, Columbia Overland dual battery setup, IBS battery regulating system with Blue Sea systems fuse block, Weathertech Mats, Skanda seat covers, SnugTop Rebel truck cap w/ Yakima gear racks
LT275/70R17 Recently mounted on some 17x8.5 FN Five Stars with -6 offset. Will be a 70% highway/15% sand/15% snow and ice tire for me. Only have a couple hundred miles on them, heavy but happy with buy so far.

I have Fox Coilovers set at +2 lift and TC UCAs, and 17x8.5s with -6 offset. Front mud flaps had to come off. Some colored trim removed and a CMC is gonna be required before I do some wheeling. Even around town I still run on my cab mounts occasionally when backing up, but only on drivers side because of my weight, I need to up my preload on my left coilover. Nothing you, a Dremel and angle grinder can't fix though.

Anyone know if these tires in a 265/70/17 and Method NV wheels 17x8.5/6x5.5/offset 0 spacing 4.75" would work on stock Tacoma? Really like these new tires just hope they will not rub with 17" wheels

I'm running 265/70/16 on oem alloy wheels with no issue.
