There's a few in my build thread, minor rubbing on some plastic at 2.75" of lift so I'd imagine it would rub more with an 1" less.

Love these tires, they came on my '04 when I bought it a few months ago. Been off-roading almost every weekend the last couple of months and they've helped take me everywhere I've wanted to go, no issues with traction at all.

Any 1st gens here running 265/70/R16 load range E? I came from a KO of the same size with a load range D. What PSI are you all finding is best? Normally I ran the old KO2s at 32 and that was fine. Right before I took them off I had them at 29 in back and 26 in front like the door sticker says but they wore funny after that. So I imagine that would be the result on the new ones.

That sounds low. I run my KO2's at 42psi all around. That's what the shop put them at so I kept it that way. E's are rated at 80psi max, according to tire rack

It does. Now that I know that the load rating effects the PSI you should have it at I am kicking myself because I didn't check what the shop set them too when they first put them on.

Nice! I am looking at the same size, how do those run? Any rubbing? And I am assuming you have a lift?

They are great! Yes, I had to get a lift. The truck is a Baja/Pro and had 1.75" front lift from the factory. Added another 1" in the front and ICON Progressive AAL 3-pack in the pack.

The only rubbing I get, and it is super minor, is when I make a sharp left and there is a dip. It lightly touches the mud flap. I'm still trying to figure out if I want to take off the mud flaps or not. I did a 920 mile round trip couple of weeks ago and they did great!

    NO REGERTS!

Sweet!!! I just got an OME lift with 886's so it will be close to that height, hopefully... Have you used them off-road as well?

I am looking at these KO2's or possibly Coopers(ST Maxx maybe Pro's) in the same size... and trying to decipher all the forums on which is better off-road and quieter/more comfortable on-road and all of the shenanigans. Any thoughts?

Love my KO2s, even so much that I am going to be getting 285x75 to replace my 265x75.

haha. my truck came with KO's from the factory. I put 35K Miles on them and could have probably taken them to 40K, but I had a family trip in a loaded truck coming up, so I decided not to risk it and got a set of new KO2's. They are great!

I have a friend rolling on Nitto's and when get got into my truck he was really surprised how quiet KO2's are.

EDIT: BFG, PM me. I will let you know where to send a check to. Advertising is not free, you know? ;)

the shop sent me out at 45psi all the way around for tire wear & loading. i had to drop them to 30 / 28 to keep it on the road. the truck was way too squirmy when cornering and braking at 45psi. i crank up the rears when loaded / towing to 50+

I am rolling with 42psi, because thats what the shop put in. No problems. Can't really find any tire pressure guide, other than "check the sticker in you door sill"
