In California. Yet another reason to get the hell out of that state.

Legal doesn't concern me. Having the truck I want does.

are we talking "smoked" as the front plastic is tinted and not glass clear?

IIRC, it was glass clear and just the inner bit was blacked. i didnt look at it long.

Yes sook, im 99% sure those are the same stock headlights I had before I did the BHLM. And its the inner plastic that is "smoked" or a chrome gray color but like someone mentioned above, the color they appear to be depends on how much lighting there is while viewing them (more light makes them look a lighter gray while less lighting makes the headlights look darker )

i understand your preference, but regarding the above statement...

amber reflectors are probably required in most if not all states, no?

they are in mine, as well as the surrounding states.

btw these OE smoked lamps are 219.xx each from toyotapartsbarn.com. msrp is 296.xx each.

    HAHAHA Yea your right.

I think the BHLM looks way better on the tacos than the new ones that come from the factory.

    but im kinda 50/50 now

*too dark/ new HL seam like a greyish tint

*they look glossy in the secound pic, so that threw me off
