Not bad. But don't like the exposed halo rings. Properly setup DRL strips are where it's at.
Still nice for someone that can't have any down time.

So are they just doing bhlm and optional high beam projector retro? I don't see any mention of retrofitting out the stock low beam projectors.

^ looks like it's labeled under "high beam conversion"?

Pretty sure that's for the stock high beam reflector. Hence "high beam conversion." Not the actual stock projectors. And if they were to retrofit the projectors I'm assuming they'd use RX350's since it's the same bolt pattern, not h1's.

Man, only cost me $250 to do it locally. I guess you could sell your stockers, but it'll MAYBE cover half...

Don't use mh1's. You'll still have to use a re-based bulb. The beauty of a retrofit is being able to use a d2s bulb from an original manufacturer like osram or philips. I like the morimoto d2s 4.0s better than the rx350s. Just my opinion though. I'm about to send mine in to lightwerkz for a retrofit.

Your response had nothing to do with my post. lol. I'm been doing retrofits for 5+ yrs. Where did I say I was gonna use mh1's? And the mh1 projectors actually kick ass. I'm not even doing a retrofit right now, I was posting in response to the thread. The rx350's have the same bolt pattern as the stock projectors, with the clear lense upgrade it's the smartest choice with least amount of modification to our expensive OEM housings.

This is true, I've gotta wait and let more used parts become available. I myself have a hard time talking myself into justifying it.

Sure, keep in mind you have to tear apart your front end and it would sit like that if you wanted to ship them to him.

I think I read a couple of posts and jumped the gun quoting yours lol. I know the mh1 is a good projector, but it's the whole bulb thing that turns me off. There is a company making a bracket to mount the 4.0 in our housings though.

I'll be excited to see the first guy to get a set and let us know how they look/work.
