bicycle fork mounts

    $80 each for those :eek: ...Yikes. If you buy one of those to hold only 1 bike, you're already 1/4 of the way to a Thule T2 Hitch Rack (which holds two bikes in a way better orientation in my experience). Looks like you also need to buy mounting hardware to go with it to secure to the bed rails. I've had both.

    Got the standard bolt on fork mounts free from a friend, bolted them to the bed rail with stainless hardware, total cost was about $2 in bolts, washers, nuts.

    They don't lock, but as noted, a cable through the frames and to the bed tie down should work fine.

    My bike is pretty lame compared to what most of you might be riding. :(

    Two wheels is two wheels! Riding bikes regardless of make/model/type is good clean fun!
