    yeah incidence like that are always a pain in the ass especially when they can be easily avoided with a little common knowledge and not deciding to take the whole family to play up in the 2 in of dirty snow on the side of the hwy last minute with no chains or remote knowledge of driving in snow

    When I finally got to the bottom of the mountain, right about where the 2,000 foot mark is, the CHP was turning cars without chains away, so there were probably 100 cars parked on the side of the 38 and they were all playing in the 1 inch slush. So sad. :laugh:

    yeah it blows my mind they literally park on the side of the 55 mph hwy and sled into the hwy its absolutely insane
