ok so a few quick questions. I noticed the ome kit from toytec with the coils and aal has top plate spacers. Do you guys have these on too or did you leave them out? Because i know everyone says spacers are bad and i agree, but are these different?

Also, will my u-bolt fit with the aal? i have the rear tsb done.

Last one, are you guys running the extended brake lines in the back?

Im running the OME 885's without the top plate spacers. If you had the TSB done, then the U bolts will fit with the AAL. :)

thanks chris. I know the website says "comes with top plate spacers to achieve the full 3" of lift" or something like that. Is it a big difference or like 1/4" I would like my truck to be level.

p.s. The back wont sit higher after all said and done will it?

I have a 1" AAL, and my truck sits about 3/4" higher in the rear with the TSB leaves. The top plate spacers are because, in the past, OME springs have been known to sag, so the top plate spacer came along to fix the problem of springs that have sagged too much. If you use them, they give about 1/2" lift or so, they wont be too hard on your ball joints. Useing the OME n140s shocks, you can use a trim packer to keep your truck level from driver side to passenger side, due to the extra weight on the driver side (gas tank, battery, driver fat ass, etc.) Forgot to mention, no need for extended brake lines either.

the trim packer can only be used on the OME shocks (N140S). It gives the PERFECT amount of lift for the truck to sit level from left to right. Yes. I can be hired to install lifts. :D
