    Aloha everyone.

    I know this is slightly off topic for you guys but I'm hoping someone here can help.

    My sister lives on Hawaii (Kona Coast) and has ordered a new Tundra TRD Pro (I know... not a Tacoma but she's gonna be doing some towing).

    She's looking to tint the windows and perhaps do a spray in bedliner.

    I'm here in S. CA but would appreciate any local knowledge of good folks to work with or folks to avoid. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Much mahalos in advance.

    @Da Hapa
    Ive had a bunch of previous vehicles tinted at C-Thru tinting over in Kona. They did my tacoma windows back in 2009. Life time warranty, been around for ages and was using good ti8nt. He was doing new cars for big island honda and some big island toyota ones back in the 2007-10ish era.

    I have a bunch of friends whos been going with Wow Window Tinting that is also in Kona.

    808 tint factory if you are in Hilo.

    Mahalo everyone for the responses. I've passed this on to my sister and I'm sure it's a big help.

    Safe driving, all.

    Aloha! Welcome to the thread!

    I had one 3.0 before. Shitty ass motor. But the 33s was mean for try push over saddle. Talk about one long drive.

    Sick taco bra!! How much your Thules when cost you?

    Didn't mount it yet. The only way to mount it on the roof is drill holes. Or could mount on the front bumper or thought about cutting and flush mount behind the bumper.

    Could just be like my old truck and run the regular Yakima rack and mount it on that.

    But I like the flush mount idea on the front bumper.

    It's not any higher then my poll holders on my camper. But as soon as can I go post the pics. The bumper would have to cut as long as get enugh room behind the bumper for Flush mount

    k guys, my plan is in motion to move back to the BI. looks like we're gonna move closer to the in-laws in Kona since my wife stays at home with the kids. they live in the homesteads above Kealakehe HS. so who's from Kona side? I was born & raised in Hilo, so we'll be out there a lot too, thanks to the straightened saddle road :anonymous:
