    Thanks Kala!

Everyone that I've talked top about the allpro springs have been impressed with their performance. If you carry 600# or more in the rear, the expeditions are ideal, if not, the standards are the way to go. Allpro really did their homework on these springs and they are the way to go. Just sucks they are sometimes backordered for months waiting on springs.

grease is your friend, and if that doesn't work, your bolts may be too tight.

yeah, probably need some grease, but to be honest, I'm not even sure where to apply it :anonymous:. when we installed them, we tightened to factory specs... not sure if it should be less?

I was showing my friend how people mean that these springs are dead. I was comparing my stock 05 springs and stock 2015 springs that I have on the side. Mines were a lot more "springy" than the newer ones.
I do like the quality of my ride now, both on street and off. Going thru soft sand I still get hopping if I try to get on it. If you like burning rubber, you definitely will know the difference when you change the springs.

Cant be worse than the stock springs lol

No problem Jesse. Glad to help out a local that helps out other locals! Looks like you guys have a ton of fun and have some mean footage from the valleys out that side.
Meant to ask you what other companies you distribute for too.

The allpros definitely are WAY better than stock and im stoked that I got em, I just wish they had alittle more height to em then they are, but das ok. Thinking of it now, I wouldnt mind going with taller springs, but would maybe have to use some from a heavier truck, like a diesel or something.
I regularly carry weight behind my truck, including the weight of the rack, spare tire, floor jack, and some tools. Just hauled a 2.7 in my bed, the car hauler with 2 more 2.7s and an engine hoist…and handled it fine.

Would probably have to remove it all together, unless you used greasable bolts.

Howzit, newbie on the forums here, but not new to tacoma's. I been slowly building my taco, recently I'm looking for rear springs, AP, or Dakars but shipping is killing me, and holding me back from purchasing a set.
If any one can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I guess its something we can talk about if theres enough people from here. ive had a lot of good luck with different distributors on shipping/setting it up. I can pick up pallets from young brothers with a flat bed trailer. A month ago I paid $60 for a pallet of stuff for my brother(4runner hood, fenders, trunk) and forget if it was by weight or just by size.
Have had stuff forwarded from companies to dhx and they sent it to konatrans(above honokohau), like $200something for a pallet or 2 vs the $400something from just allpro for front leafs and steering box relocator my friend needed…i hipped it in when I ordered my expos and ome coils.

If I do order anything, id be willing to chip in to ship from Oahu..just cause its way cheaper than individually shipped.

Ah just one of those other kids in the auto shop, a year or 2 younger than you. :D

wasnt really into them hondas back in the day, always was part of that truck crew but i remember ones like billy, engle, and some others back then who were into them and always cruised at the usual spots with other auto enthusiasts. The days when there was only one way in and out of the hs, only single lane from harbor to town, when we could go into the back side of pines by kaloko ponds and cruise at lanihau till early mornings. Konas grown and shit, makes me feel old!

but eh, nice to see you on here! maybe can try set up a meet n greet or cruise to somewhere.
